Hi. My car is having problems starting. About two weeks ago the fuel pump was replaced. And still had problems starting. When the coils were pulled to look at the spark plugs and put back in the car started. We replaced the four coils and now two days later. I went home at lunch the car would not start. Pulled the new coils to check after putting them back car started? I noticed that it gets about five to six starts after we do this with the coils. It is only a temporary fix as there is obviously still an issue. Help please!

Hi Theresa,

This sounds like a fuel pump is defective or the crankshaft angels sensor has gone out. When you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds?
