Hi April and thanks for using 2CarPros.com.
A no start situation can be the result of several things. If the check engine light is on, you should start by scanning the computer. Here is a video that shows how that is done:

Most people do not own a scanner, but most parts stores will lend you one. If you find codes, let me know what you find.
Additionally, here is a link that discusses possible reasons an engine will not start:

Next, since the engine is turning but not starting, chances are either fuel or spark is missing to the engine. This vehicle has very low mileage, so it is somewhat of a surprise you are having trouble, but anything is possible.
In order to check for spark and fuel, you once again need basic tooling. And again, often times a parts store will lend them to you. With that being said, here are two links which describe how to check for spark and fuel to the engine. If you determine one is not working properly, let me know which one it is and I can further direct you.

With the key on, the fuel pressure should be 51 to 55 psi. I attached a picture of where to connect the gauge.
I hope this is helpful. Please let me know if you have other questions, need additional information, or just need help. That is why I am here.
Take care,
Joe
