In driveway and going down the road but when I got down to 1000 rpm it started right back up as if nothing happened. Sometimes it starts right back up and others it does not. Smelled like fuel it finally gave me a check engine light and said MAP sensor and coil. If I replace those will that solve the problem?

Try cleaning throttle plate on both sides. And IAC hole with choke cleaner they get gummy and will cause low speed stalling.
