1996 jeep grand cherokee laredo - At a stop sign, or when I step on my brakes? The jeep runs good after I changed the fuel filter, has power back, idles good, just dies out when I stop at a stop sign, or when I step on the brakes. It does this periodically not all the time.

I believe the idling speed is too low due to the idle control system fault. Have the throttle body and IAC cleaned and retest. Ensure there are no vacuum leaks.

My 1996 jeep grand cherokee laredo, 5.2, the display keeps saying coolant sensor bad, even when I replaced my coolant temperture sensor and my coolant level sensor, what else could be causing this problem to keep my display saying this, coolant sensor bad?Thank you.

You would need to test the wiring circuit to see if there is any break in the continuity.
