Let start by checking the fuse # f18, f21, f17 and f13 on the BCM here is a guide to help you with the cluster wiring diagrams below so you can see how the system works. I am also giving you how to remove the cluster so you can check the connection and if all the fuses are good you will need a rebuilt cluster as well.
