Sounds like you have a couple different issues, and I don't think they are related. They could be but we don't need to worry about the cluster issue if the engine won't start.
So, I am changing this title to address the no start first and then we can address the cluster issue.
Here are a couple guides that will get us started:
https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-not-running-advanced
https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-cranks-but-wont-start
Basically, we need to figure out if we have spark and fuel. Then we can move onto compression.
Here are a couple guides that will help with this:
https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator
https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-for-ignition-spark
Let's run through these guides and see if we can prove if this is a fuel or spark issue. You can use starter fluid in the intake to see if the engine fires. If it does, then we need to check the fuel pressure.
Please run through this and let me know what questions you have. Thanks
