Okay. We need to stop cranking the engine until we fix the oil pan. More then likely you have major engine issues so if the pan is dented or damaged it may be actually hitting the crankshaft when it turns making the noise. Or you could be having a larger issue with the crankshaft so again, we need to not start or drive the vehicle until the oil pan is replaced and we fix the leak assuming that will fix the leak.
Let me know what questions you have but unfortunately this sounds pretty serious. If you drive or start the engine you will most likely do damage to the point you need to replace the engine if that is not already the case.
