Hi should I use anti-sezze on the spark plug threads before I install them? Thanks Neil

You can. Just do not use a lot and keep it away from the the electrode of the plug. Its really just a preference thing to me. I usually don't use cause I have seen and heard cause misfire issues from being over used. Just keep the amount to a minimum.
