Spare tire

My boyfriend has the vehicle listed above that had a tire fly off and the rim bent. We are wanting to just take to a car place and trade it in but we need to be able to drive it there. Would we be able to put my temporary spare tire from my Scion TC just to get it there (about 18 miles)?

Unfortunately no. The tire on that Scion is far too small to be on the Jeep. It would be highly unstable, unsafe, and leaning towards that tire. Plus the tire probably cannot support that much weight and will simply blow out. Also, Jeep and Scion have different lug bolt patterns, so the wheel would not even go on there anyways.
