After replacing clutch and slave cylinder pedal goes to the floor and stays

Clutch and slave cylinder has been replaced and bleed. It was drove around twenty miles and the clutch pedal went to the floor and stayed. I checked and couldn't tell if it was leaking because whoever worked on it had fluid all over. What do I need to check?

Welcome to 2CarPros.

If there is fluid everywhere, a link may have gone bad or the reservoir cap is loose.

I attached a picture. It is the exploded view of the system. Take a look at it to identify the following things I suggest checking.

First, locate the clutch master cylinder reservoir. Confirm the cap is on and it is full. If it is empty, you will need to clean the fluid that is everywhere, refill the reservoir, and then see if you can locate the leak.

Inspect the high pressure hose between the clutch master cylinder and the slave cylinder for leaks as well as the slave itself.
