My truck listed above 1500 shuts off while driving. stop and cranks back up.

How often does this cut off when you are driving? It sounds like an ignition issue if it just cuts off and then starts right back up.
However, we need to start with getting a little more info on this and then start checking things and that starts with checking for codes.
