Hi,
This vehicle doesn't have a traditional transmission filter. There is an internal screen that is a lifetime component.
As far as changing the fluid, here are the directions. The attached pics correlate with the directions.

PROCEDURES
ATF Replacement
NOTE: Keep all foreign particles out of the transmission.
1. Bring the transmission up to operating temperature (the radiator fan comes on) by driving the vehicle.
2. Park the vehicle on the level ground, and turn the engine off.

3. Remove the ATF filler bolt and drain plug, and drain the Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF).
NOTE: If a cooler flusher is to be used, refer to ATF Cooler Flushing.
4. Reinstall the drain plug with a new sealing washer.

5. Refill the transmission with the recommended fluid into the filler hole (A) to the upper mark on the dipstick. Always use Honda ATF DW-1 ATF Z1 has been replaced by ATF DW-1 (Honda Service News Nov 2010) Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF). Using a non-Honda ATF can affect shift quality.
Automatic Transmission Fluid Capacity:
2.9 L (3.1 US qt, 2.6 Imp qt.) At changing
7.2 L (7.6 US qt, 6.3 Imp qt.) At overhaul
6. Install the ATF filler bolt (B) with a new sealing washer (C).

I have to be honest. When I service one of these, I do the above procedure three times to get all the old fluid out. Otherwise, you will still have most of the old fluid will stay in the transmission.
Just FYI: If you do it more than once, drive the vehicle a mile or so between the drain and fills.
Let me know if you have questions or need help.
Joe
