Should I flush the radiator

Have never flushed radiator. Water rust color. No real engine issues but not having done this I wonder if it would cause too much damage with leaks etc. I can't afford a new truck.

Good morning,

Yes, I would definitely flush out the system and replace the thermostat as well. Keep flushing it until you get good clear water. Then you can add you coolant to the system..
