Hi,
By chance, is the check engine light staying on when the engine is running? I'm wondering because it sounds like a misfire. Does it run well other than the vibration? Is there anything you can do to change the vibration? For example, does it change in intensity when you apply the brakes?
If the check engine light is flashing, that would indicate a misfire. It could be the result of worn spark plugs. If it doesn't flash, consider having the computer scanned for specific codes. Here is a video that explains how it's done. If you don't have a scan tool, most parts stores will do it free of charge.

Also, I included the directions for the removal, inspection, and replacement of the spark plugs. It may be a good idea to inspect the spark plugs. Remember, the spark plug wires must go to the same cylinder as it was removed from. Additionally. consider replacing the spark plug wires if they haven't been done for a long time.
Let me know as much as you can.
Take care,
Joe
