I have the vehicle listed above with a 1.5l engine, and I'm having a bad hesitation in the throttle. This is what I've done and know as of now:

Good battery
New TPS
Cleaned IAC
Cleaned throttle body
New PCV Valve
New VVT Solenoid (has power)
Both up/down stream sensors new
New MAF Sensor
New Air Filter
No vacuum leaks at all
New Coils
New spark plugs
New fuel pump
New injectors with all seals
New damper pulsation damper

If I give it a little throttle and ease into the throttle it will go on down the road, if I go 1/2 throttle it falls on its face, if I push it all the way to the floor it will pick up and take off. Also sprayed the entire motor, vacuum hoses, intake manifold, breather box with brake cleaner no lacks.

Even if the check engine light is not on you can still have codes. To me it sounds like you have a coolant sensor or IAT sensor that is way off. Let's use a scanner to check the reading of the sensors and to see if there are any codes. Also, here are two guides to help you with the problem:

This guide goes over hesitation problems, which may help as well:

Please go over these guides and get back to us.
