Service traction control and reduced engine power?

The car sputters and then loses all power and it will not go over 5 MPH with the accelerator held to the floor. When this occurs the display screen displays service traction control and engine power reduced.

This is common for the car to go into limp mode when the throttle actuator needs to be serviced.
