Service Brakes Soon, Parking Brake Light Staying on?

The SUV has had all the brake pads and front calipers changed in the last 3 months. The driver uses the parking brake every time he parks. I have filled the brake fluid reservoir to the max line. I have pulled and reset the brake fuse (33). I have cleaned the ground terminal under the driver's side door per service bulletin for ground #110. When driven, the truck does not feel like it is dragging, rubbing, grinding, scraping, ect... No unusual noises. Is there another ground I should have cleaned?. How can I diagnose the ABS Control Module / EBCM? Can't afford to take it to a mechanic right now. Any help would be appreciated.

No problem, this sounds like a front or rear ABS wheel speed sensor is not working. here is a guide to help you retrieve the codes so we can see which sensor is it. The scanners are cheap on amazon.
