Adjustment
1. Loosen the mounting bolt "B" and lock bolt "C" and lower bracket mounting bolt "D". Remove belt if replacing.

2. Tighten the mounting bolt to the specification.

3. Turn the adjusting bolt "E" to obtain the proper belt tension, and retighten the lock bolt and lower bracket mounting bolt.

4. Recheck the belt tension.

5. If you installed a new belt, run the engine for 5 minutes. Readjust the belt to the used belt specification.

With your response, there is old belt and new belt?
Don't your meant a inner belt and outer belt? I checked on the car is show that is the same configuration as the diagram, but I just don't know what it means on old belt and new belt. It look like there are 2 belts total.

Old belt means reusing the belt. New belt means replacing it.
