Seized AC Pump.

Belt burned off, and a/c pulley is seized.
Can unplugging the electrical release the clutch. If that is the problem. If so how do the connectors come apart?

If the pulley seized the clutch is shot and won't release. You will have to have it replaced. There is a certain air gap that has to be set on clutchs if you can disconnect electrical and belt will still go around then the clutch isn't seized.
