That is a question for the people at a larger salvage yard. They have very large, expensive "Hollander Guides" that list every part for every car model and year, with a code number. You look that number up in the back of the book and it will list every application that used that part.
There are some problems though with seats. There can be a number of designs used one year, and one of those might interchange with the next year, and the other design will not. You also have to consider that a seat one year might not fit the metal base, or mounting brackets, from a different year, but if you transplant the entire seat with its base, that might bolt right in. A better example might be when a manual seat base and a power seat base use different mounting holes in the floor, but all the seats will bolt to either base. Very often, from previous experience, someone at the salvage yard will know what will interchange.
