I was looking for a scanner that will do the crankshaft sensor relearn. I see you had it in the description but it doesn't work. so can you tell me what scanner you used or is good to use for the vehicle listed above?

Being that's a 2000 you have a few options depending on what other vehicles you have and want to work on. I would look at a used Genesys from OTC, those were updated to around 2010 or so but they cover a lot of vehicles. They are a real scan tool and not just a code reader. They will do everything on that truck that the OE Tech 2 can do. Now if you want to go newer and have a tool to work with current year stuff as well then look at one of the Launch products like the Diagun V or the 431 V Pro, those are both true scan tools with bidirectional ability and much more.
