2000 Saturn SL2 iDLES too fast

The vehicle will Idle at 1200 RPM in park, It will jump to 2000 rpm when you put it in gear then settle back to 1200 rpm.

It does not show any trouble codes!

could be ur iac motor try letting it idle in park while its idling high and use a little hammer and tap gentle on the iac motor and see if the idle comes done if it does then it needs a new iac motor let me know how it goes.also if u have a car with air injection then the hose that is by the power steering pump could have come off let me know.
