My 5speed manual 98 Saturn SL 2 idles at 1100-1200 RPM. What is the problem and cost of repair?

You have to check some stuff to figure it out do you have any code's?You could have a bad coolant temp sensor vacuum leak or a bad idle air control valve.Let me know if you have any code's.
