There are two main cause's for code p0733 low or incorrect fluid pressure in the transmission or a leaking 3rd gear clutch pack piston. There are others but those are the two most common.I would start by doing a line pressure test on the transmission at idle with the line pressure fuse in and the fuse out.I would also do a step pressure test to make the pressure was following what the computer was setting the pressure's too. Sound like something you want to tackle? If not I would try to find a good honest transmission shop that doesn't want to just take apart your transmission because you have a code p0733.I just went threw that with my friend in another state they had the same code and the transmission shop wanted to tear the transmission down because it had that code.I even asked the transmission shop why they wanted to tear it down and they said because of the code.I asked them if they even did a pressure test or air checked the clutches which you do that make sure the clutch pistons are holding. They said no I had them take it another place it was a pressure issue needed a valve body not a tear down. Let me know if you have anymore question's.
