turn signal don't work

My step-daughter has a 2002 Saturn L300. The vehicle fuses have all been checked and all bulbs are good. The hazard lights work, and brake lights work. However, the left and right turn signals do not work. Please give me options for repair other than bulbs and fuses.

Additionally all electrical is functioning properly.

if you checked everything else the next step is to check for a pulse at the socket with a test light and then check at the multifunction switch connector , it sounds like the multifunction switch is bad but it needs to be checked before replacement as stated above
