Rough ride

I have a 2003 Saturn Ion 2 with 100,500 miles on it. Ever since I had my tires rotated I have noticed the ride of my car getting rougher and louder especially when I get up to 50 mph or above. As far as I know the noise can only really be heard inside the car and it vibrates a little when I make sharp right turns. What can this be?

First and foremost check the lugnuts and make sure they are tight. If so, rub your hands over tread surface and feel for a choppy wear.
