Breaklights

My breaklights are not working and I have replaced the blubs. I also replaced the fuse but it keeps blowing what could be the problem?

It could be the stop light switch although the circuit goes through the turn signal switch.

For the love of pete.

You have a bad short somewhere. Have you done any mods (new sound system, etc)? If so check to see if you hit any wires in the process. If not try starting at the brake light switch on the pedal.

Thanks for the help and suggestions. Don't worry about the rant. I would have done the same thing. :D I seeking assistance while at work and my break was on my mind.
