1998 sl1 Saturn - loud idling???

Recently noticed my saturn was idling loud...seemed to be better when placed in neutral at a stop light etc..

Brought it in and they did $500 worth of stuff on it - a bunch of diagnostics transmission flush and replaced a bunch of plugs and stuff. It actually idles more now than when we dropped it off with them and when I paralell parked the other day it shook really hard when I turned the wheel like it was going to stall but it did not. The idling seems so loud at times...but I don't know why it is doing this and how to diagnose what is going on.

I am sure this is unrelated but sometimes my fluids light flashes on and off (the windsheild wiper and other one) and then it goes away...

any thoughts..

By loud do you mean fast idling?

no I don't think so...it just sounds really loud it idles loud and I guess shakes a tiny bit (for instance the car vibrates more because the idling is louder..
