First describe the problem as best as you can. Don't worry if you don't know the name of something. The only thing I have to go on is it leaks coolant when hot. If it is out of where a hose connects to something the hose clamp is loose or needs replaced. If it is out of the radiator cap the cap may not be on all the way, or needs replaced. The radiator may be leaking itself, which you may be able to put stop leak in to stop, or it will need to be replaced. There are many more possibilities that we will need more information to diagnose
