I recently bought the '96 900SE and haven't even been able to take the car off the lot. When I went to pick it up they told me there was a leak and they were going to look into it before delivering the car to me. It turns out the radiator had a crack. Since the deal had already been made they wanted me to pay for the repair. Long story short I paid a small portion of it. A few days later I was expecting the car to be delivered when they found during the pressure test that a headgasket was leaking. Without fuss they are willing to complete the repair at no cost to me, which is great because I've found that it could be quite expensive. My question is two-fold, I was told before I bought the car that there may be a problem passing an emissions test, could either of the aforementioned repairs alleviate this problem? Also, should I be worried that the car is going to have any lasting damage as a result of the broken radiator and head gasket?
Thanks
