Rubbing noise when turning?

I have seen this before on a Ford Edge and guessing this is common? It feels like there is rubbing, i believe it's the strut spring on the front. Have you seen this before?

Only when too large of tire was installed. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response.
