Have you checked the fuel pressure? Also, a faulty engine coolant temperature sensor can cause this.
If you haven't checked the fuel pressure, do that first.

You will need a fuel pressure gauge, but most parts stores will lend you one.
Also, if the fuel pressure is good, we need to check the ECT signal and see what the short-term fuel trims are. For this, we need a live data scan tool. Let me know if you have access to one. Let me know if you have scanned for diagnostic trouble codes as well.
