I’ve recently been dealing with rough idle whenever my car is at a stop generally sounds like somthings knocking under the hood which makes the car shake. It goes away and comes back after my car warms up.I have changed the icv and nothing changed.I do have a CEL lightnon with is P0740 which is for a solenoid which I already have changed and yet it still gives me the code after I deleted it.

If you can shoot a quick video of the engine noise and then upload it with your response, I can hear what the problem is, in the meantime we need to remove the spark plugs and check their condition/color this will tell us which cylinder is having an issue. While the spark plugs are out let's do a compression test. These guides can help us get started fixing the problem:

and

Please run down these guides and report back.

I recently changed the sparkplugs like 2 months ago so theyre fairly new. In the video you can hear me revving it a bit and then it sounds like it wants to turn off but comes back up.

Thanks for the video. It does sounds like thing is wrong with the timing belt/tensioner but if you could get a video of the front of the engine under the hood I can tell for sure. Also how many miles are on the engine? You said 99k but I wanted to be sure it makes a difference.

With that code you may have a torque converter that has gone bad. Sorry, noise problem need videos to help pinpoint the problem.
