Hi,
Somewhere there is a loose or corroded connection. When you checked the bulbs, did you remove the bulbs or just watch if they worked?
If you haven't already, I need you to remove the bulbs for the right turn signals and inspect the light socket for damage or corrosion. Additionally, check to make sure there are no damages to the wiring to the socket.
If everything looks good, turn the right signal on and then move the wiring around and bulb to see if you can get it to fail.
Since the vehicle is so new, it is certainly still under warranty. It should be returned to the dealership so they can determine the cause and repair it free of charge. However, you could try what I suggested to see if you can reproduce the problem.
