Riding the brakes and not believing in maintenance

Hi! Excuse me but I am the girlfriend of Andy. Actually, I don't see any problem driving with the brakes. It's a safe way to drive because it helps to stop quickly and prevent accidents. Also, I don't believe in those things that say brakes will fail. Brakes can't have problems in all cars, that's why I drive with my foot on the brakes all the time. Even on the highway. Thanks
