I know these are common, and I have replaced several on different cars, I just always get the outer tie rod threads wrong and end up with an off-center steering. What is the best way to do it to avoid this, as far as making sure the same threads are on old and new. Also, since replacing the inner as well, does that make a difference as far as the steering centering, if it turned out it is off which do I adjust to center the steering?
