Got intake and exhaust off and valve cover off that is as far as I know just need a little advice on what next I think to find top dead center got a idea how but not sure if it is correct. Which is put screw driver in #1 spark plug hole until piston comes all the way up. Then I should tie the timing chain up and take timing sprocket off. Then head loosing bolts quarter turn in zig-zag order then then it should come off. Not sure if I missed anything or if it is right and what about the timing chain tensioner? And then to put back on in reverse order but do not know my torque spec.

It is to much to copy and paste on here for removal and install. With as many miles you have on truck do yourself a favor and replace chain and tensioner. You can rent a manual here for a week and print out whatever you need for it.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-repair-manual has a few suggestions about manuals. The yearly subscription from Mitchel or Alldata are the best deals. You get the same information that the shops use along with all the specifications and the hints and tips as well.
