So, I replaced all the battery wires on my truck listed above now won't start but I get power to my lights, and my radio everything, and now it just clicks. Once when trying to start it. What could the issue be? My husband and I are stumped.

I would double check the round cable and make sure it goes from the battery to the engine and then to the chassis, Also, do you have the trigger wire on the starter? Can you upload images of the cables so I can see what's going on? I need more information to help you.
