replace steering column and front left fender after car was stolen and damaged?

My mom's car was stolen, and they broke the column. how do i fix this? they also wrecked it and bent the fender and outside of the door at the hinges can't i bang them back out with a rubber mallet? I'm enclosing a pic of the steering column. i don't have a pic of the fender yet.

I don't see the images. Can you please reload them? Most of the time you will need to replace the steering column with a used unit and then have a mobile locksmith reprogram the key for you. Here is how to remove the column so you can search Ebay for the part. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
