MY1.6 MEGANE SPORT CAME TO A COMPLETE STOP THIS MORNING. THERE WAS A LOSS OF POWER AND JUST STOPPED. NOT SURE IF ITS THE ALTINATOR

Check battery charge first .. it needs to be 12.5 volts if this is flat charge/replace battery and check the alternator..also check the timing belt has not broken ?
