cable end (still intact) has come undone from the hood latch.
can see it by looking through the grill, right where you stand to open the hood.
in addition to any instructions on how and where exactly to set the unattached cable end which seems like a no brainer.
But i have not been able to find that spot the cable end set in.
a diagram might be very useful for me, if possible.
