Sometimes the fob won't unlock or lock the rear doors - doesn't happen everytime, just intermittent failures. I have replaced the battery and bought a power door lock relay but I don't know where it is located on the car - I've checked under the glove box and under the back seat and can't find it. can you tell me where it is located?

there are no relays they all have separate modules, pull door panel off and unplug module and put dielectric grease on it and see if that cures it if not have it scanned for codes.
