with the key on everything is good but as soon as you start it the fuel gauage goes to o the headlights blink on and off dash lights dim or go out radio quits heateer quits windows dont work locks dont work dome lights quit several lights on on dash

If you wiggle the key around, or bang on the dash in the area of the ignition cylinder, does any changes occur.

I would make sure the battery connections are clean and tight. Possible that you have some grounding concerns, you may opt to have some diagnostics run on the vehicle to see what communications, or other faults exist.
