Never done this model. Look to me that bracket on the upper motor mount have to come off. If so does the motor have to be jacked support? Just going by eye. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi:

It's been awhile since I did one, but yes, the upper engine strut mount needs removed. I do suggest placing something under the engine just to help support it even though the directions don't suggest it.

Here are the directions:

1996 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera V6-3100 3.1L VIN M SFI
Cooling System
Vehicle Engine, Cooling and Exhaust Cooling System Radiator Service and Repair Procedures Cooling System
COOLING SYSTEM
1. Remove air cleaner assembly and resonator.
2. Drain engine coolant, then disconnect cooling fan electrical connector.
3. Remove cooling fan screws, then the cooling fan assembly.
4. Remove engine mount strut and mounting bracket from radiator upper mounting panel.
5. Remove radiator mounting panel.
6. Disconnect oil cooler lines.
7. Disconnect coolant recovery hose, then the upper and lower radiator hoses.
8. Remove radiator.
9. Reverse procedure to install.

I hope this helps.

Take care,
