COOLANT RECOVERY BOTTLE NOT DRAINING IN TO RADIATOR

The coolant doesn't drain back into radiator from the resevoir recovery bottle? I wonder if it is a bad radiator cap?

You need to pressure test the cooling system for leaks. If the system isn't sealed tight, it cannot build the vacuum necessary to draw the fluid back in.

The spring on the radiator cap had a lot of crapola stuck to it. We cleaned up the spring and removed all the crap stuck to it. That resolved the problem.
