The first thing I would do is check the coolant sensor. I would remove the connector with the key in the on position and see if the fans kick on.

I attached a wiring diagram for you. We need to check the relay for power from the fuse block and the module.

ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR
REMOVAL
WARNING: Hot, pressurized coolant can cause injury by scalding. Cooling system must be partially drained before removing the coolant temperature sensor.
1. Drain cooling system below engine coolant temperature sensor level.

2. Remove power steering reservoir and relocate (Fig. 12). Do not disconnect hoses.

3. Remove ignition coil and bracket (Fig. 13).

4. Disconnect coolant sensor electrical connector (Fig. 14).
5. Remove coolant sensor (Fig. 14).
INSTALLATION
1. Install engine coolant temperature sensor (Fig. 14). Tighten sensor to 7 Nm (60 inch lbs.).
2. Connect electrical connector to sensor (Fig. 14).
3. Install ignition coil bracket (Fig. 13).
4. Install ignition coil (Fig. 13).
5. Install power steering reservoir (Fig. 12).
6. Fill cooling system.
