Radiator fluid leaking

My truck went into safe mode whole driving. I lost acceleration power assuming it was doing it to prevent further damage from happening. I let it sit I filled it with water but then I noticed it was leaking out underneath where the skid plate and oil pan is located. What could that be? My odb2 is not working due to a short so I cannot use diagnostics.

Hello there, you should have the coolant system pressure tested. If there is a leak it will push out under pressure and be easier to find. Here is a guide to help with coolant issues:
