problems after timing belt and water pum and all ceals replaced

had someone a mechanic replace all my seals n my timing belt water pump etc... car runs when the car is at a stand still check engine light flashes n car shakes alil hardly noticable lil noise from engine after he took out put everything back together again had autozone use it machine to check what is wrong code came up as misfiring change spark plugs everything is basicaly new had my transmission rebuilt 3months ago my car is a 2003honda civic ex with a 1.7vtech any ideas or clue what might be thank you

If all this is occurring after the timing belt replacement, I would suspect that. If it was not installed properly and is not on timing, you will get misfires and engine problems like you described. I would bring it to a pro to make sure the timing belt is on timing and not off a tooth or more. This is an interference motor so I would check on that before any damage occurs.
