Okay, you filled the tank with gas, the engine started then stalled? Now it just turns over but will no start, Correct? Do you hear the fuel pump turn on when you first turn the key on? (You should hear it turn on for two seconds if you remove the cap and listen when the key is turned on) If you do not hear it. Reach under the car and give the gas tank a couple good whacks, then try it again. If you hear it now you have a bad fuel pump. If not it could be a bad pump, blown fuse or bad fuel pump relay.

Check the pump fuse and relay, both are in the junction block on the passengers side fender. Look close at the relay connectors, a failing pump tends to make them hot and the plastic starts to melt.

You say open the gas cap and listen? Or cannot I just listen under neath near the fuel tank? For the whirring sound, because I can hear that, I mean I had my car running perfect not bad starts no problems then I put that gas in the tank and it went down hill.

Okay, you hear the pump. You need to run a pressure check on it to be sure you have the correct fuel pressure. It is possible that you got a bad tank of gas that plugged the filter. Then a spark test to be sure you have spark. Easy way to do that would be to spray a shot of starting fluid into the intake and see if the engine fires.
