Stuttering when driving uphill?

To me it sounds like one of the spark plugs is cracked or you have an ignition coil that is going bad. When you did the tune up did you replace the ignition coils? These go out often and should be replaced. Also, remove the spark plugs and check for cracks. Check out the images (below).
